Fiscal year start month Used for YTD calculations. Most hotels use January.

Primary revenue sources (optional) Comma-separated. For reference only.

Comp set (optional) Comma-separated competitor names for your records.

Current BotB folder name Live Business on the Books — re-imported on every sync.

Historical BotB folder name Prior-year actuals — imported once, never re-fetched.
